DCF Modeler
TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into by and between luppiter Group LLC ("Provider") and the user of the DCF Modeler ("User").
The User agrees to use the DCF Modeler solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The User shall not use the model for any illegal activities or in any manner that violates the rights of others.
In the event that the User suffers any loss or damage as a result of using the DCF Modeler, the Provider's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the model.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Jersey.
The User shall not resell, redistribute, or transfer the DCF Modeler to any third party without the express written consent of the Provider.
The Provider does not offer refunds for the DCF Modeler.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the User and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
By using the DCF Modeler, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
The DCF Modeler is a tool for valuation and should not be considered as financial advice. The Provider makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the model or its results.
